Schnick Motorsports is offering our cars, free of charge on an as available basis, to schools, scouts, and safe driving programs.

Schools

For schools, ours cars can be used to lead discussions in High School classes covering a wide area of topics about Math, Physic, and Mechanics or Third grade classes about simple machines, or anything in between. There are many mathematical and science concepts embodied in our cars and in the sport of racing. An example list of topics includes:

Cams Calculating Percentage Carburetion Centrifugal Force Force and Stress Friction

Gear Ratios Heat Energy Horsepower Strain The Lever Torque

Our drivers are both elementary students that have been motivated to be better students by participating in racing.

Scouts

For Scouts, A pinewood derby is a drag race. Our cars can be put on static display to build atmosphere for your event.

Safe Driving

For safe driving programs, the message is simple. Racing has its place - at the track - at any age. We can discuss how thrilling, safe, and inexpensive racing at an organized track can be.

Other Ideas

The cars can also be used for any other idea you come up with at our discretion.
